An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and client-focused Financial Adviser to step into a well-established portfolio in Swan Hill. This is a rare chance to inherit loyal, long-term clients and continue providing the high-quality, personalised advice they value and trust.
You will join a boutique, values-driven advice firm known for its warm culture, genuine care for clients, and deep connection to the local community. From your very first day, you will take ownership of an existing portfolio, including many pre-retirees and retirees who are engaged, proactive, and appreciative of expert guidance. You will be supported by a highly capable paraplanning and client service team who will ensure your meetings, follow-ups, and administration run smoothly, freeing you to focus on building relationships and providing strategic, tailored advice.
In this role you will:
Manage and nurture an established client base, delivering regular reviews and forward-looking advice
Hold in-depth client meetings to understand financial goals, assess risk profiles, and create strategies across cash flow management, investments, personal insurance, retirement planning, superannuation, estate planning, and tax-effective structures
Work closely with paraplanners and client service staff to ensure advice is implemented accurately and efficiently, with all compliance requirements met
Develop trusted, long-term relationships built on transparency, empathy, and exceptional service
Actively look for opportunities to add value for clients through thoughtful recommendations and proactive planning
What you will bring:
FASEA-compliant qualifications and proven experience as a Financial Adviser
Strong technical skills across the full spectrum of financial planning strategies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex advice for any audience
A client-first mindset and genuine passion for helping people achieve financial clarity and confidence
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising service quality
