What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work with everyday Australians who trust our team to provide clear, structured guidance and practical solutions. Our clients value a straightforward experience and rely on us to guide them through the process with confidence and care. Your role will involve:

Building and maintaining trusted, long-term client relationships;

Providing personal financial advice across areas like superannuation, investments, insurance, cash flow, and estate planning;

Conducting regular reviews and strategy updates;

Preparing and presenting compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs);

Ensuring advice documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with client goals.

You’ll have the support of experienced paraplanning and admin professionals, so you can focus on delivering exceptional advice. This means doing what you do best: helping clients make informed, confident financial decisions.

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who values quality, professionalism, and being part of a team that works collaboratively with clear systems and support.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Fully compliant with current education and professional standards for financial advisers in Australia;

Has successfully completed the ASIC Financial Adviser Exam (formerly the FASEA exam);

Holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or an equivalent qualification approved under the current education standards;

Registered on the ASIC Financial Advisers Register and meets the requirements under the Corporations Act 2001 and Financial Adviser Standards set by Treasury;

Experienced, ideally with 2+ years working as a Financial Adviser;

Comfortable working remotely while staying aligned with company processes;

Clear, confident, and empathetic in communication;

Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of personal advice and compliance.

What You Can Expect from Us

$90,000 to $110,000 base salary (commensurate with experience);
