Concept Retail Solutions works closely with our client Coles supermarkets nationally. Our joint vision with Coles is to be a “trusted world-class team making a difference to business, customers, and ourselves by delivering quality, service, and value in the area of merchandising and project management.

General hours of work will be from 5am to 1pm, Monday to Friday with the oppurtinuity to work 2-3 days from home!

You will be casual for the first 6 months before going perm!

About the Role
This is a hands-on, Excel-driven role that combines heavy data entry with data validation and analysis. You’ll be responsible for ensuring incoming data is accurate, complete, and ready for reporting. Your work will directly impact decision-making across our store network.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Enter, clean, and validate large volumes of data with precision
- Cross-check and verify data submitted by store teams or systems
- Identify anomalies, trends, or discrepancies and escalate where needed
- Build and maintain Excel reports and dashboards for store operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, merchandising, IT)
- Analyse validated data to provide insights and recommendations
- Ensure deadlines are met with accuracy under minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail; accuracy is critical in this role
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
- Proven experience in high-volume data entry and validation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, etc.)
- Ability to spot trends, errors, and inconsistencies in large datasets
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment
