The Opportunity

With over 20 years of experience within the commercial construction industry, this organisation has established themselves as one of South Australia’s most respected builders. Known for their quality construction projects, they are widely recognised as a family-owned builder that invests in and develops their people. The organisation prides themselves on maintaining single-select repeat business to ensure high-quality deliveries. As Project Manager, you will gain experience across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial and retail with projects valued from $1M - $30M.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the management of all stages of the building process, whilst playing a key role in managing key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Managing the full project lifecycle from concept through to completion
• Actively building strong relationships with key stakeholders and managing ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetings
• Co-ordinating with internal and external consultant teams and stakeholders
• Maintaining efficient and thorough documentation for effective contract administration and other project management support services

The Like Mind

You will have experience and confidence in managing the delivery of projects from $5M, as well as 2+ years in a Project Manager role. You will possess strong leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. Your ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients and stakeholders will see you succeed in this role. This opportunity will see you manage all facets of design and construction, through to the delivery process with a contractor that truly invests in employee development.
