Position: Manager, Projects and Partnerships
Location: Mount Gambier, SA
Package: $130,000 including superannuation & vehicle for business and reasonable personal use
Tenure: Ongoing (subject to funding)
Hours: Full Time
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on delivering high-impact projects, building partnerships and making a difference? Regional Development Australia Limestone Coast (RDALC) is seeking a dynamic Manager, Projects and Partnerships to lead a small passionate team, champion regional priorities, and help shape the economic and social prosperity of our vibrant region.
At RDALC:

We also ensure that the region’s voice is heard on the state and national stage.
Your Role
In this pivotal position, you’ll:
Work closely with the CEO to drive strategic outcomes and ensure project success
Lead and inspire a small, high-performing team of Project Coordinators
Manage multiple projects—from business support and workforce development to leadership programs and regional resilience initiatives
Build and nurture strong partnerships with local businesses, government, and community organisations
Advocate for infrastructure and investment that strengthens the Limestone Coast through written submissions
One week, you might be meeting local entrepreneurs to explore growth opportunities; the next, you’re on the hunt for investment proposed for the region. Every day, you’ll be making a tangible difference - together with a small, passionate and dedicated team.
About You
You’re a confident communicator, collaborative leader, and innovative problem solver who can turn strategy into action. You have:
Proven experience managing and delivering multiple projects to successful completion
Strong leadership skills with the ability to bring out the best in your team
A track record of engaging stakeholders and delivering meaningful partnerships
High-level written and verbal communication skills including formal report writing and written submissions
Experience in business development, workforce planning, or infrastructure advocacy will be highly regarded, along with established networks across the Limestone Coast or all levels of government.
