The Role

ROUSSOS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a reputable construction contractor known for it's collaborative delivery approach and consistent project success. With continued growth across the business, they are now looking to appoint a motivated and capable Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will see you apply your technical and leadership skills to deliver key projects across a variety of sectors. Reporting directly to the SA State Manager, you will be supported by a well-established team of over 70 construction professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects from early planning through to final delivery
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders through effective communication and reporting
• Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and the internal delivery team
• Ensuring all works meet current legislation, safety, and quality standards
• Monitoring budgets, timelines, and ensuring project milestones are met
• Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to the smooth administration of contracts

About You

To be successful in this role, you will hold a qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, paired with demonstrated experience managing projects valued at $5M and above. Your ability to communicate effectively and lead cross-functional teams will be essential. This position offers a clear pathway to senior leadership for those ready to take the next step in their project management career.
