Nufruit PTY LTD located in Wangaratta Victoria, is locally owned and operated fruit and vegetable wholesaler that is rapidly growing and expanding.

We are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Administration Assistant to join our office team in a part time or full time capacity.

Flexible hours and days between Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with occasional Sunday, and public holiday work. Penalty rates apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, and face-to-face channels with a high level of professionalism and promptness

Accurately enter and manage sales orders, adjustments, and credit requests using our order management system

Proactively keep customers informed about product availability, delivery timelines, and any potential issues or delays

Offer detailed product knowledge, including seasonal availability and specifications

What We’re Looking For:

Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to remain organised in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn internal systems
