About you:

Minimum 5 years managing medium to large workshop.

Qualified diesel mechanic with 15 years experience.

Experience with Kenworth, Mercedes, Cummins and Volvo, desirable but not essential.

Experience in general fleet Maintenance.

Ability to work unsupervised.

Demonstrated ability working within a fast-paced environment.

Competent with the Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Outlook and Excel.

Gearbox experience desired.

About the role:

Hands on role.

Strong leader and mentor to establish our new workshop in Hemmant.

Manage Toolbox, Safety Alerts, Factory recalls and defect management clearance.

Manage admin of Workshop Management system.

Responsible for recruiting and inducting mechanics for the new workshop.

Fridge experience advantageous.

Volvo & Kenworth/Cummins experience required.

Be on call as escalation.
