Workshop Supervisor – Titan Ind Gladstone

Titan IND is a fast-growing labour solutions company with operations across Australia. Right now, we’re looking for a motivated Workshop Supervisor to lead the charge at our Gladstone workshop – a hub that keeps our clients’ fleets and equipment running smoothly.

This isn’t a remote site or mining role – it’s about running the day-to-day of a busy local workshop, managing jobs, supporting customers and driving performance.

What you’ll do:

Manage key customer accounts and keep communication strong and professional

Oversee job allocation, scheduling and daily workshop workflow

Handle live data entry and maintain accurate service records

Track workshop sales, job margins and cost efficiency

Maintain financial oversight and contribute to workshop profitability

Complete and report on KPIs daily, weekly and monthly

Mechanical knowledge: solid understanding of workshop repairs, services and equipment

Background as a Heavy Road Transport, LV, or Roadworthy trade highly regarded
