A well-established Structural Steel business, servicing the construction industry, specialising in all forms of structural work including supply, fabrication and installation on Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Infrastructure projects.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to install structural steel on the Central Coast, Sydney and the Hunter region. The successful candidate will be hands on and be responsible for managing all facets of installation. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills and commitment to Quality, Health and Safety.

Responsibilities include

Co-ordinate and actively run install activities including being on the tools.

Ability to read and interpret set out and install drawings.

Competent in the use of all power tools including welders and lasers for set out.

Supervise and manage on-site workers and subcontractors.

Liaise with the Builder.

Effectively communicate with the Project Manager and or Director regarding site works.

Perform all works safely and in line with Australian Safety Standards.

Working in a team.

Not always but will be working on Tier one sites.

Pre-requisite

White Card or Equivalent

Over 11m EWP and Working at Heights

Rigging ticket

Drivers Licence

Min 5yrs experience
