Wholesale Appliance Supplies is an Appliance Spare parts distributor based at Nerang on the Gold Coast Qld.

We deal in major house hold appliances spare parts for - Fridges and freezers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, washing machines and dryer's for major brands such as LG, Electrolux, AEG, Westinghouse and many more.

We are made up of a small team striving to offer excellent service to both retail and trade industry.

We are looking for a proactive team player with a clean and tidy appearance and a “hands on approach” with a “can do attitude” who's responsibilities will include:

Assist with Spare Parts enquiries and Sales

Assist in the sales of complete appliances

Manage sales & enquiries via email, on-line, phone and over the counter

Processing customer orders & payments

Develop strong relationships with customers in the delivery of excellence in customer service

General Spare parts duties as required including some lifting and moving appliance stock

Skills and experience

Customer service focused & willing to assist clients

Ability to multitask, work as part of a team

Must be highly organised, strong attention to detail & accuracy

Sound computer skills in the use of Outlook and the ability to work across various manufacturers websites

Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Skills in Spare Parts Interpreting are an advantage, but not a must as we can train on the job.
