Diesel & Industrial Engine Spares are seeking a Spare Parts Interpreter, you will have a solid background in automotive engine parts sales, have good communication skills, good customer service skills and a proven track record in automotive or commercial parts sales.

Working Monday - Friday 8am-5pm @ Carole Park

Duties & responsibilities:

Parts interpreting- determining the parts required by the customer.

Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation.

Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone, and internet.

Assisting other team members in daily transactions.

This role is autonomous as well as team driven. It is expected that you help others out when needed and can adapt and learn quickly your own role.

Experience & attributes:

Good problem-solving skills and effectiveness in prioritising multiple tasks.

Strong mechanical aptitude highly advantageous.

Great industry knowledge and can-do attitude.

Proactive, reliable, self-motivated and the ability to work well under pressure.

Flexibility and be a team player, customer-focused and innovative.

Administrative skills including intermediate computer skills.

Minimum 3 years experience in automotive or heavy diesel parts interpretation
