We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter with strong organizational skills, initiative, and leadership qualities to join our Brisbane branch. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to sales growth while ensuring exceptional service and support for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day transactions and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major accounts.
• Stay informed of market developments and provide strategic input to expand business opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations, converting them into sales orders.
• Accurately interpret customer parts and component requirements using electronic parts manuals.
• Promote a collaborative and consultative team environment.
• Show initiative in improving team productivity and processes.
• Organize resources effectively while balancing independent and team-based tasks.

About You:

• 3-5 years of parts interpreting experience (preferred).
• Well-presented, articulate, and experienced in earthmoving or Truck parts.
• Forklift license and open driver's license required.
• Exposure to construction or off-highway heavy mining equipment (advantageous).
• Strong computer proficiency and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.
