The role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support 2 Partners of a dynamic mid tier law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Your duties include:

• Dealing with clients, Brokers, other Solicitors
• first and final letters, on line searches,
• Following up on outstanding conditions
• Settlement statements, PEXA settlements
• and general file management duties.

You will settle approximately 30-40 files a month with administration support.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 4 years conveyancing paralegal experience. You will also have outstanding communication skills and client service skills.

Dynamic law firm of 55 staff with top tier quality work and systems, plus a supportive team. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (up to $110,000 including Superannuation).
