XRF Technology is a global supplier of high-quality laboratory equipment for mining and industry.

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts/Admin Officer to join our growing team at our production facility in Balcatta.

About the role:

This is a key role that supports both the operational and financial functions of our business. Reporting to the General Manager and Group Accountant, you’ll be responsible for the following tasks:

- Sales administration for both domestic & international customers

- Liaising with freight companies for quotations & bookings (imports/exports)

- Providing supervision and support for the purchasing & administration officers

- Active participation in weekly production meetings

- Assisting with stock management

- HR onboarding for new staff

- Debtor management

- Accounts payable

- Bank reconciliations

- Assisting the Group Accountant with end of month financial tasks

- General office administration

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years in a similar role

- Certificate IV (or higher) in Accounting/Bookkeeping

- Experience with perpetual inventory systems

- Strong communication & leadership skills

- Ability to work independently & prioritise tasks

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

- Prior experience with Pronto will be highly regarded

- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
