Experienced Insurance Broker required by a new and growing brokerage based in Sydney

An established and growing insurance firm is seeking a driven broker to join its specialist placement team. Operating in the commercial risk space, the organisation partners with intermediaries to deliver tailored solutions for challenging and high-value exposures. Your new role

This role involves supporting the placement of complex commercial risks across property and liability lines. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and market partners to structure bespoke insurance programs, with responsibilities including:

• Preparing and negotiating placement submissions
  
• Coordinating with brokers and underwriters across multiple markets
  
• Managing documentation and compliance requirements
  
• Conducting market research to inform placement strategy
  
• Attending meetings and contributing to client engagement
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years' experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or placement
• Familiarity with commercial property or liability products
• Tier 1 broking qualification (or Tier 2 with pathway to Tier 1)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Professional maturity and a proactive approach
• Ability to work from the Sydney office several days per week
