About the role:

• Lead a portfolio of 200 residential properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords
• Conduct outgoing inspections only – Junior PM handles routine inspections, ingoing's, and leasing
• Resolve maintenance and property repairs
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Check landlord insurance renewals and prepare insurance claims
• Prepare for and attend NCAT hearings when required
• Support with ad hoc tasks as needed

The Person:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Strong communication skills and impeccable presentation
• Valid NSW Certificate of Registration
• Must have own car and valid drivers license
