Your main duties will include:

Autonomously running property and commercial files for a variety of different types of matters from start to finish;

Proficient in PEXA settlement platform;

Preparation of settlement figures in an accurate and timely manner;

Preparation of correspondence, contracts and other property documents;

Knowledge and experience with Smokeball legal software is ideal;

Liaising with clients, banks, solicitors, real estate agents and mortgage brokers on a daily basis generally by phone email and zoom;

Ability to manage files with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment;

Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines;

Have meticulous attention to detail;

Manage existing and build new network relationships;

Flexibility, reliability and quick thinking skills.
