We’re building a crew across every corner of the venue who share our passion for genuine hospitality. Right now, we’re looking for Duty Managers. Our leaders who set the tone each shift, keep service flowing and make sure every detail counts.

Who you are
You’re a natural leader who thrives when it’s busy. Shift running comes second nature - you keep calm, stay sharp and deliver service that’s as genuine as it is memorable.
You know how to coach, support and motivate the people around you. With your ability to engage and inspire, you bring out the best in your team while making sure every guest leaves feeling they belong.

Since 1999, we’ve been reimagining Melbourne’s favourite pubs — from The Loft and Commercial Club Hotel to Garden State and The Espy (and many more in between), we've given old venues new life.
What began with five families has grown into a community of hundreds who bring our spaces to life.
