About the Role: As a key member of our team, you'll:

Manage a meticulously maintained portfolio of 160 local properties, with a dedicated assistant and multiple layers of administrative support!

Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords alike

No routine inspections - high level landlord communication focused!

Skillfully handle rental arrears and coordinate maintenance tasks with top end technology.

Oversee lease renewals and conduct rent reviews - with layers of administrative assistant for smooth processing.

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum 1 years of property management experience preferred

PropertyMe proficiency is advantageous

Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service ethos

Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment

A valid driver’s license & your own vehicle

QLD Real Estate Certificate / Real Estate License

Positive attitude, impeccable presentation, and a team-oriented approach
