Experienced Property Manager Full-Time

Location: Belconnen, ACT

We are now seeking a mature, experienced Residential Property Manager to join Town Residential Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties

Routine, entry, and exit inspections

Handling repairs and maintenance

Liaising professionally with landlords and tenants

Lease sign-ups, renewals, and related documentation

Ensuring compliance with ACT tenancy legislation

About You:

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

A valid Assistant Agent Certificate (or higher ) in the ACT

2–3+ years of property management experience

Keen attention to details and a ‘Can Do’ attitude.

Experience using Property Tree.

Strong time management abilities

A mature, professional approach.

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
