Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy:

Develop and execute creative content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Write engaging captions, create reels, and produce visually compelling content that showcases our brand voice and connects with our audience.

Collaborate on SEO strategy to ensure content is optimised for search, helping increase reach and organic visibility.

Social Media Management:

Manage daily social media posting schedules, engage with followers, and build an active online community.

Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and strategies to maximise engagement and integrate SEO best practices.

Photography & Videography:

Capture and edit high-quality images and videos during events, client interactions, and daily activities.

Film relevant behind-the-scenes content and plan/executing content days both on-site and off-site.

Analytics, Reporting & SEO:

Track social media and website performance metrics to measure campaign success.

Provide regular reports with actionable insights, including SEO performance and recommendations to improve content reach and engagement.

Event Promotion & Coverage:

Assist in planning, promoting, and covering events, client engagements, and community activities.

Help generate excitement and increase visibility around key initiatives, leveraging both social and SEO strategies.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all content aligns with Search Mortgages’ branding, mission, and values.

Maintain a cohesive and professional tone across all channels, with attention to optimised content for search.

About You

Experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field, highly regarded

Confident using video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar

Writing and communication skills are clear, compelling, and adaptable for different audiences

Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, always following through on tasks

Tech-savvy and enjoy finding smarter, more efficient ways to work

Experience or a strong interest in finance or real estate would be highly valued
