At Country Blinds and Flooring, we’re passionate about creating quality products right here in South Australia and showcasing them in ways that connect with our community. We’re now looking for a creative and motivated Social Content Creator to join our team on a part-time basis.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a creative professional who loves being behind the camera and turning real-world shoots into engaging stories. You’ll be responsible for coordinating with clients, travelling to site locations, and capturing photography and videography. In addition, you’ll help bring our team and processes to life by creating staff bios and showcasing our factory processes through authentic, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Contact clients and arrange site visits for content creation.

Capture on-site photography and videography using your own professional equipment.

Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Create staff bios and profile content to highlight our people and culture.

Document and showcase factory processes to give customers behind-the-scenes insights.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand style and campaign needs.

Deliver polished content ready for publishing.

Requirements

Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).

Must have your own professional camera equipment.

Strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling.

Excellent communication and people skills – comfortable interviewing staff and clients.

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
