About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to design and execute strategic marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support our sales team across various channels. As a key member of our Adelaide team, you will play a vital role in shaping our marketing direction and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends, customer behaviour, and opportunities for promoting new and existing real estate services.

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth, increase brand visibility, and drive lead generation.

· Create a variety of marketing and sales materials including brochures, presentations, localised campaigns, social media content, and signage.

· Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to launch and performance analysis.

· Advise on key marketing elements such as pricing, product positioning, promotions, and distribution strategies.

· Manage internal communication platforms including the intranet, email newsletters, and WhatsApp groups.

· Oversee digital and print asset development, and support website, social media, and content creation efforts.

· Liaise with external agencies to brief, review, and approve marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.

· Support company-wide events including awards, conferences, and team recognition programs.

· Maintain and strengthen our business brand across all marketing channels.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with real estate or property industry experience highly regarded.

· Strong understanding of brand consistency and the ability to develop and execute campaigns across both traditional and digital marketing channels.

· Experience collaborating with or supporting sales teams, with a proactive approach to creating tools and campaigns that enhance sales performance.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder engagement and content creation.

· Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms.

· Strong organisational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities independently.
