WHS Advisor – Goulburn
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + super (equivalent package)

A leading global logistics and transport organisation is seeking an experienced Work Health & Safety Advisor to join their team based in Goulburn, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly respected international company that prioritises safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across its operations.

The Role
As the WHS Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the site management team to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company standards. You will provide practical guidance on safety initiatives, lead risk assessments, and support the ongoing development of a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide WHS advice and support to managers and employees across the site.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and workplace inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement through proactive safety initiatives.
• Deliver training and toolbox talks to improve awareness and compliance.
• Ensure WHS documentation, policies, and systems meet regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to a culture where safety is everyone’s responsibility.

About You

• Certificate IV in WHS (minimum requirement).
• Proven experience in a WHS role within logistics, transport, warehousing, or a similar high risk industry.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, standards, and best practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
