Australia's largest coffee van manufacturer is looking for a sales guru to take the reins on new coffee van sales.

Current sales BDM is overwhelmed with new enquiries.

There is NO cold calling. Every lead comes to us.

We will pay a commission per sale to the applicant.

Base salary is $105k incl super.

Monthly commissions if you hit targets can be $15k or higher.

There is also a $150k annual bonus as an EXTRA if you hit your annual sales target.

Potentially $330k and more in annual commissions - plus base salary.

We have more enquiries than we can physically handle - and our capacity to manufacture is significant so there is no ceiling on sales.

Someone who:

a) Is experienced - we need someone that can sell in high volumes and will chase all leads - you must be exceptional

b) Cares - you must be a high quality person - we only work with great people. The right values will be the biggest factor in this process.

c) Is Organised - you need to have your priorities in order - the leads are there for someone wanting to convert

d) Has Positivity - We want someone with a hunger for life - and work - be interested and love the process

f) Loves the phone - Its your weapon to convert - calls are a big part of your day

g) Happily takes Meetings - Showcase our range to potential clients

h) Will call/email new leads over the weekend (this can be the best time to convert deals!)

i) Follows up - Make sure clients are well taken care of after the sale takes place
