What the Job Looks Like:
You’ll hit the ground running with your experience in the civil construction industry, while also chasing new leads and growing the territory. It’s a mix of relationship management and practical know-how – happy to hunt new business.

You’ll Be:

• Visiting construction and civil clients on the regular
• Keeping in touch and building trust with existing customers
• Working off a weekly sales plan
• Updating the CRM
• Offering on-site solutions and product advice
• Spotting new ways, we can help clients
• Pitching in at the workshop now and then (teamwork makes the dream work)

What We’re After:

• 2+ years repping on the road is preferred (construction or civil experience a big plus)
• Solid people skills – you know how to build a rapport
• Confident using Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
• Hands-on attitude and ready to get stuck in
• Keen to learn – full product training is provided

What You’ll Get:
