Acecom Fire & Security is a key business in the Northern Territory, known for delivering high-quality, comprehensive fire and security projects. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team in Darwin.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager at Acecom, you'll be responsible for overseeing the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of our advanced fire detection, security, and data systems.

This is an opportunity to take the lead on significant projects and play a vital role in our continued success.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects by:

· Leading and motivating installation teams across multiple construction projects.

· Overseeing efficient and timely project delivery, ensuring adherence to plans, budgets, and schedules.

· Managing end-to-end installation activities for fire, security, and data systems across commercial, government, and industrial sites.

· Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships.

· Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.

· Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for project management and installation processes.

About You

· An Australian Citizen holding an Australian passport.

· Hold a current White Card and a current NT Driver’s Licence.

· 5+ years of proven experience in the construction industry (minimum requirement).

· A qualified and experienced project manager, with a strong track record of successfully leading large-scale construction projects.

· Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Experience as a security technician, cabling/data technician, or in fire systems is not required but will be viewed as a significant advantage.
