Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Develop comprehensive project documentation, including timelines. Implement and monitor plans to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Stakeholder Management: Work closely with NT Government, Council, and Defence clients to understand their needs, maintain clear communication, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Contract Administration: Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with projects, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues as they arise.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all work meets HCS Constructions NT's high standards and client expectations.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to workplace health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, providing timely updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the company's goal of improving work methodologies, focusing on innovation and more sustainable working environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

Trade background is critical, providing practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Commercial construction.

Experience in managing Commercial construction projects.

Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering projects in challenging operational environments.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to balance multiple priorities effectively.

Formal education or certifications in project management or construction management are beneficial to complement trade experience.
