The Roles

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of structural remediation and small- to medium-scale capital projects, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and timely execution. This role combines technical engineering oversight with project management responsibilities across multi-disciplinary teams, integrating on-site trades, supervisors, engineers, and offsite support to achieve project objectives.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end project delivery: scope, budget, schedule, execution, HSE, and reporting

Deliver the annual remediation program and other capital works safely, efficiently, and on budget

Lead site-based teams, including engineers, supervisors, trades, and subcontractors

Coordinate with offsite engineering support to ensure alignment and quality outcomes

Develop and manage annual and long-term budget forecasts

Implement productivity improvements to increase asset availability and reduce maintenance costs

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including Maintenance, Planning, Production, Engineering, and Operations

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing capital projects in mining or heavy industry

Strong multi-disciplinary knowledge across structural or electrical engineering

Excellent team collaboration and leadership skills in high-performing environments

Self-starting, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic project settings

Comfortable with FIFO rosters and flexible work arrangements
