Job Title: Site Supervisor
Overview: Join a thriving luxury home business located just south of Fremantle, managing multiple projects simultaneously. We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a team of around 10 individuals and oversee the successful completion of intricate projects in the surrounding areas. If you are ready to step up from your current role and take on a new challenge, this opportunity is for you.
Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and motivate the team
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project management

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in luxury home construction
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction
  • Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision
  • Valid driver's license

Other Requirements:

  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
  • Certifications in construction management are a plus
