Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, including resource management, asset deployment and resource utilisation.
• Assist in managing operational staff requirements, rosters, leave, timesheets and span-of-control for personnel and sub-contractors.
• Assist site projects and services, including mobilisation, demobilisation and supporting contract related tasks.
• Work closely with site clients and company staff to control costs, expedite services and address scope variations.
• Liaise effectively with client representatives on a daily and weekly basis.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate records on site performance, resource usage and project progress.

Key Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Facilities Management within the mining sector.
• Previous FIFO experience essential.
• Solid background in Facilities Management, specifically in the mining industry.
• Demonstrated experience supervising teams of up to 15 personnel.
• Knowledge of HR/IR requirements relating to FairWork as well as OH&S generally.
• Statutory Supervisor certificate (Section 26) – required (candidates without the certificate must be willing to obtain it).
• Must have a valid WA driver's licence
• Willingness to complete national police check and pre-employment medical prior to employment.
• Rio Tinto Inducted (highly desirable)
