Our clients are a well - known and rapidly growing construction company with multiple sites across Perth and the suburbs with the head office being located close to Perth CBD.
Due to growth the company now requires an experienced Junior HSEQ Officer/site labourer for this newly created vacancy on a full - time basis.

The vacancy:

To review/write procedures and correct processes to bring the company in line with building expectations of safety first for all.

Initial dual duties of HSEQ and site Labourer

Implement policies and procedures across the company and out to all necessary stakeholders.

Implementation of a training proposal and budget

Implementation of chosen HSEQ system

Drive the companies aim to become ISO accredited

Manage the ongoing HSEQ of all the sites, employees and stakeholders.

Managing training and inductions for sub - contractors

Keep business updated on changes to HSEQ and ISO standards

Conduct internal audits

Liaise with ISO auditors

Report directly into the HSEQ manager

To apply:

Have experience with ISO and OFSC Accreditation and standards

Experience in HSEQ Risk Management

Experience in implementing controls to support business operations;

Previously worked within a HSEQ Officer role

Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational and communication skills.

Ideally hold the appropriate qualifications

Hold an Australian driver license and be a resident visa holder or Australian citizen

Willing to work in a dual role of a junior HSEQ and site labourer

In return:

A fantastic salary of between $95,000 to $125,000 + Super
