About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists to join a growing team. We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager that is looking to further their skills and be part of a long-established business. Your role will include overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets, and ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required

Can-Do Attitude!

NSW Drivers Licence

White Card

5 or more years experience as a HVAC Project Manager

Willing to undergo a national police background check and working with vulnerable people clearance

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.

Overseeing timelines, labour coordination, and subcontractor engagement

Interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Ensuring compliance with AS standards, safety, and quality requirements

Tracking progress, resolving issues, and maintaining project momentum
