About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Clerk to support our Asset and Capital Projects Manager. You’ll help coordinate property maintenance, manage records, liaise with contractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Key Duties
· Issue and track maintenance work orders
· Maintain asset and inventory records
· Coordinate subcontractors and monitor service quality
· Assist with budgeting and reporting
· Communicate with tenants and teams
· Support compliance and safety
What You’ll Bring
· Admin or property maintenance experience (preferred)
· Strong organisation and communication skills
· Familiarity with asset systems and WHS practices
· Cultural sensitivity
