About the business and the role

We are a professional and growing accounting practice based in the South Perth and are looking for a full time accountant with great taxation knowledge and analytical skills to join our friendly team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements and tax returns for a diverse range of small to medium sized businesses along with a smaller number of individual clients. This is a relatively autonomous position and will involve working directly with clients, however you will also have full access to and support from the firms Partner.

The successful candidate should possess the following skills -

- Experience and strong knowledge of company, trust and individual taxation,accounting and compliance.

- Excellent knowledge and experience using STP. MYOB, XERO would be an advantage, however is not a requirement as training can be provided.

- Mature and friendly personality able to deal direct with numerous clients and other accountants within our firm.
