Executive Assistant / Campaign Manager – High-Performing Agent

Executive Assistant / Campaign Manager to support a high-performing agent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership of projects, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
As part of our award-winning team, you’ll play a critical role in managing end-to-end property campaigns, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring seamless daily operations for the lead agent. From appraisals and marketing to inspections and client care, you’ll be at the centre of the action—helping to deliver outstanding results and maintain a reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Appraisals – Compile detailed and accurate appraisal documentation to support property presentations.
- Attending Listing Appointments – Represent the company professionally alongside the lead agent during client appointments.
- Diary & Calendar Management – Coordinate schedules, appointments, and deadlines to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Database Management – Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and property information within the CRM system.
- Private Inspections & Appointments – Coordinate and conduct property viewings and client appointments with professionalism.
- Project & Campaign Management – Oversee the entire sales campaign process from start to finish, including organising pre-sale maintenance, styling, photography, and property launches.
- Client Care & Support – Assist the lead agent in providing exceptional client experiences, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
- Weekly Campaign Reporting – Prepare and distribute detailed reports to update the team and vendors on campaign progress and performance.
- Marketing & Branding Support – Assist with marketing initiatives, including property advertising, social media, and personal branding strategies.
- Contract Administration – Manage listing agreements, sales contracts, and other documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- Flexibility – Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and assist with evening inspections as required.
