We are seeking a polished and professional Executive Assistant to join an esteemed real estate agency in Bulimba. As the Executive Assistant to a high-level agent, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the high-level agent's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and facilitate smooth residential documentation processes, liaising with relevant parties as required.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the auction process to assist the agent during auctions and related activities.
• Prepare and proofread various documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail.
• Act as a liaison between the agent and clients, maintaining professional and clear communication at all times.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Organise and oversee events, meetings, and other special activities, ensuring they run seamlessly.
• Conduct thorough research and compile relevant information to aid the Agent in making informed decisions.
• Anticipate the Agent's needs and proactively address any challenges that may arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• 2+ years experience within residential real estate contracts and form 6's.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in managing residential documentation and a comprehensive understanding of the auction process.
• Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• A proactive mindset, taking initiative to address issues and streamline processes.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools including Agentbox CRM, Realworks, DocuSign and Microsoft Suite.
