What We’re Looking For

A qualification in IT (Advanced Diploma or Bachelor) with relevant hands-on experience

Someone who takes initiative and learns on the fly

A great communicator with excellent written and spoken English

Friendly, well-presented, and reliable with strong time management

Valid C-Class driver’s licence and access to a car

Technical

Supporting desktops, Servers, M365 environments

Supporting Azure AD, Entra, Intune and Hyper-V

Performing a wide variety of support across many technologies

Networking experience with Fortinet and Ubiquiti

Occasional project team work to deploy solutions for customers

Your Day-to-day

Answer calls and provide remote support to our customers

Provide onsite support to clients across various industries

Install and configure desktops, laptops, servers and networking equipment

Deliver top-notch customer service with a smile
