The Role

Reporting to the Director of Finance. Key responsibilities include:

• Balance sheet review and clean-up / reconciliations (both new and existing entities)
• Skilled in tax return preparation and ensuring full compliance with local and international tax regulations
• Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts to support business planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Oversee general ledger functions and maintain robust internal controls.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support business initiatives.
• Drive improvements in financial systems and processes.

Your Skills & Experience

• A qualified CPA/CA with over 5 years of experience specifically in Financial Controller roles, indicating a strong foundation in financial leadership and governance.
• Background in complex, multinational organisations; experience in Big 4 or similar environments preferred.
• Highly self-sufficient with the ability to make an immediate impact and require minimal onboarding
