Inventory Control Assistant

Location: Dandenong South

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Inventory Control Assistant to support our inventory team with cycle counts, data management, and inventory analysis. This role is suited for individuals with a logistics background and strong Excel proficiency. You will be responsible for both hands-on inventory tasks and administrative data maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Inventory Manager in conducting accurate cycle counts, verifying stock levels, and performing data analysis.
• Execute stock slotting procedures and manage updates to material numbers.
• Balance administrative tasks with on-site inventory verification (50/50 split).
• Record and analyse data with precision, utilising Excel for effective reporting.

Working Hours:

• 6am and 12pm - 6 to 8 hours
