The role

Your duties in the role could be, but not limited to:

- Support analysis (and some data collection) for rewards and benefits benchmarking and benefits review.

- Assist in reviewing current reward structures and policies to identify gaps or improvement opportunities.

- Help prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation for HR leadership.

- Support the implementation of recommendations and changes to rewards and benefits programs.

- Contribute ideas and insights to enhance project outcomes and overall HR processes.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and best-practice HR frameworks.

About you

We are seeking an HR professional with a specialist understanding of rewards and benefits, ideally within education or a similar industry, to run a project to report on our clients current offering.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

- Previous experience in HR, with exposure to rewards, benefits or HR projects.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
