We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Officer – Grants to support the delivery of high-profile, community-focused initiatives within a NSW Government agency. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful grant programs that support women and social policy outcomes across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Coordinate end-to-end delivery of grant projects and programs
✅ Provide high-quality strategic advice to internal stakeholders
✅ Monitor project milestones, budgets, and reporting outcomes
✅ Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery
✅ Draft briefs, reports, and ministerial correspondence

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing grants or program delivery in a government or not-for-profit setting
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong project management capability, including planning, coordination, and evaluation
• Understanding of public sector governance, funding, and reporting
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
