Our client is a well known dealership group with sites across Sydney and the Central Coast. They seek an experienced New Car Sales Manager to assist in delivering additional profit and growth to an already successful operation. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experience Sales Manager to join a vibrant and exciting team environment, or for an Assistant New Car Manager to step up. In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will need to possess previous experience as a New Car Sales Manager or Assistant New Car Manager, gained within a franchised new car dealership. You are driven, hands on and capable of leading the team from the front. You are organised, capable of guiding and mentoring your team and are looking for an opportunity to meet and exceed targets and expectations.

The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of between of up to $90k, depending on previous experience, a generous commission structure, car allowance and superannuation.
