Education Partnerships Coordinator

1.0 FTE SCHADS 5 ($100,783– 105,349) + super + salary packaging + additional paid Christmas leave.

About the role

This is a 12-month fixed term full time position with the possibility of permanency within a purpose-driven team. The primary purpose of this role is to lead engagement strategies across WA to promote National Aged Care Advocacy Program (NACAP) education sessions. The position contributes to the strategic achievement of KPIs through planning, stakeholder relationship development and delivery oversight particularly within residential aged care and home care settings. A secondary purpose of the role is to support the Advocacy team by coordinating education bookings and ensuring accurate data entry into the Client Management System (Salesforce). The position reports directly to the Metro Team Leader and works collaboratively with the Advocacy Team and wider Advocare team to further Advocare’s objectives.

We are searching for someone who can meet the following essential work-related requirements:

Confident and passionate individuals with significant experience and knowledge of working in an advocate, case manager, and/or coordination role within the Aged Care sector.

Ability to understand and apply legislation, policies and procedures, including the ability to identify issues and problem solve.

High level communication, facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage with challenging situations confidently.

Strong administrative skills, including the use of Client Management Systems.

Experience in customer service or community engagement

Demonstrated sound professional ethics of confidentiality, sensitivity and resilience.

Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as, business, management, community work or equivalent experience.
