Our company is dedicated to empowering health professionals through our range of products that include innovative scrubs and various stylish and functional accessories. Our team is growing and we are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our team and share our vision across the online landscape.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident, creative, and ready to step into the world of marketing. As our Social Media & Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping bring our brand story to life across social media platforms, campaigns, PR activity, and community engagement.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced and fun environment where you’ll learn the ropes of brand marketing, support campaign rollouts, and be involved in content creation. You’ll be joining our Marketing and Social Media team, collaborating closely with content creators and our team to ensure everything we produce feels cohesive and on-brand.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Content Creation

Film and edit engaging video content for TikTok, Reels, and other social platforms

Be front-facing in videos — from trends, voice-overs, styling and to behind-the-scenes clips

Adapt raw creative assets into short-form, trend-ready content for both organic and paid use

Edit using CapCut or similar editing apps with a strong understanding of transitions, copywriting, hooks, and platform-native formats

Social Media Management

Own the scheduling of content across our main social channels TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms

Support the planning and execution of the weekly and monthly content calendars

Ensure our brand’s tone of voice and visual identity remains consistent across all platforms

Community Engagement

Manage community channels including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook by responding to direct messages, trends and comments that align with our brand tone

Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture our online community

Repurpose community feedback and UGC into engaging content

Support influencer and UGC campaigns — from engaging with creators to content briefing, idea development, and coordination.

Events, PR & Shoot Support

Assist with the planning and coordination of shoots, events, and styling sessions

Help coordinate gifting, event logistics, and PR campaign assets

Capture and edit the required content at events and campaign shoots

Strategy & Collaboration

Work closely with the Social Media Specialist and Wider Marketing team to support broader campaign strategies

Offer input and ideas based on content performance and emerging trends

Contribute to team brainstorms, creative direction, and ongoing brand growth initiatives

About You

Confident on camera and excited to be involved in video content.

Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar phone-based editing apps. Bonus if you can edit using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects or similar editing program.

A sharp eye for visuals and an understanding of what works on TikTok and Instagram

Obsessed with social trends — you’re not just across them, you’re ahead of them

Strong communication and time management skills

Proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback

Passionate about social media, online culture, and building community

Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and platform-specific content best practices

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
