Formworker/Carpenter Leading Hand

DIPINO CONCRETE & CONSTRUCTION PTY LTD is looking for a motivated and reliable Leading Hand to oversee and assist with formwork and carpentry tasks on a variety of projects. This is a hands-on role that will also require leadership and co-ordination on site.

Over the years, we have grown and expanded into two divisions: From formwork, reinforcement & concrete to completion of new builds being residential, commercial or industrial. With a strong reputations for high-quality workmanship, we are now seeking new members to join our growing and supportive team.

Your Duties will include but are not limited to:

Reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings

Leading a team on-site

Liaising with Site Supervisors and other trades

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

Co-ordinating materials, tools and site setup

Requirements:

Experience in formwork and /or carpentry (Leading Hand experience highly regarded)

White Card ( Construction Induction Card)

Current Driver's Licence (MR/Hr Licence desirable but not essential)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Reliable, proactive and safety-focused attitude
