We’re on the lookout for a Carpenter Leading Hand to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and mentoring labour and carpenter teams on-site

Driving day-to-day site progress and ensuring quality workmanship

Coordinating with site supervisors, trades, and suppliers

Taking projects from frame to finish with precision and pride

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified carpenter with 5+ years post apprentice residential experience.

Leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on approach

Strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards

Ability to problem-solve and keep jobs moving smoothly

Current driver’s licence and own tools
