What You'll Do

Guide new partners through a tailored onboarding experience, ensuring they are set up for success and fully understand our multi-layered marketing programs.

Build trusted relationships and serve as the primary contact for ongoing partner support, troubleshooting and advocacy.

Collaborate with Partners to craft engagement strategies that boost client satisfaction, drive client acquisition and enhance retention.

Deliver feedback to improve our services and help partners maximise their return on investment, ensuring they remain loyal, satisfied and actively engaged.

Monitor and measure partner success using key performance indicators and proactively offer solutions for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years' experience in client onboarding, customer success, account management or partnership management - ideally in finance or marketing services.

Basic understanding of financial products and services preferred but not essential.

A strong, customer centric mindset with high level communication, empathy and organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems (training on specific platforms will be provided).

Tech savvy approach and the ability to quickly learn and communicate new processes and systems.

Analytical skills to assess partner performance and opportunities, plus the drive to solve problems creatively.

Enthusiasm for helping business owners build stronger, more profitable relationships with their clients.
