Sales & Member Experience Specialist (Phone Based)

About the Role
We are looking for motivated Sales & Member Experience Specialists to join our team at Anytime Fitness Cromer. This is a phone-based role where you’ll engage with prospective and current members, supporting their journey while contributing to sales outcomes and ensuring a great member experience.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective members.
Support members through their journey, including onboarding and retention.
Promote our products and services to increase member engagement and sales.
Manage the customer experience by resolving issues and queries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems.
Represent the business in a professional and member-focused manner.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in phone-based sales, call centre, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
Ability to meet set KPIs and targets.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on member satisfaction.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine desire to help others.
